About the role

The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and secure top talent. This position balances sourcing activities with operational responsibilities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle requisitions: create job postings, source, screen, coordinate interviews, and extend offers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to provide visibility and guidance throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and keep requisition status up to date.
• Execute sourcing strategies across job boards, social platforms, university relations, and industry networks.
• Support onboarding logistics and facilitate new‑hire paperwork.
• Participate in job fairs, internship programs, referral initiatives, and assessment center activities.
• Educate hiring managers on recruitment best practices and lead training sessions as needed.
• Contribute to talent acquisition projects focused on process improvement, metrics, technology, branding, and social media.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience coordinating university/college outreach and internship programs.
