Quality Manager – Dental Laboratory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality strategy and ensure compliance across the dental laboratory production workflow. The role involves strengthening operational controls, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining product traceability from design to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System.
• Define and implement quality policies, procedures, and controls aligned with internal and industry standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with SOPs and applicable regulations.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams including PQC, FQC, Process Engineering, Training, and SMEs.
• Monitor quality KPIs, conduct follow‑up meetings, and provide timely feedback.
• Lead root‑cause investigations for clinical and commercial complaints.
• Manage corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and implement preventive measures.
• Oversee technical training programs and validate operational competency.
• Ensure effective in‑process and final product inspections at critical checkpoints.
• Establish clear acceptance criteria by product type and process.
• Drive process standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives to reduce defects, errors, lead times, and rework.
• Collaborate with Production, Design, Logistics, Maintenance, Technology, and Executive Management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in the dental or medical‑device industry.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary quality teams.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical, organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
