About the role

The Quality Assurance Specialist will evaluate service interactions and operational processes to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Working within Coloplast’s Business Centre in San José, the role supports North American operations and collaborates with global teams.

Key responsibilities

Conduct monitoring and quality evaluations across all service teams.
Meet monthly evaluation volume and productivity targets.
Document evaluations accurately in QA systems.
Participate in calibration sessions and apply scoring alignment.
Identify trends, share insights with QA team and leadership.
Follow established workflows, governance, and quality standards.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
2-3 years of contact-center experience (customer service, operations, coaching, performance evaluation).
Fluent English communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 10 % (including overnight).
Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
