About the role
The Quality Assurance Specialist will evaluate service interactions and operational processes to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences. Working within Coloplast’s Business Centre in San José, the role supports North American operations and collaborates with global teams.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct monitoring and quality evaluations across all service teams.
- Meet monthly evaluation volume and productivity targets.
- Document evaluations accurately in QA systems.
- Participate in calibration sessions and apply scoring alignment.
- Identify trends, share insights with QA team and leadership.
- Follow established workflows, governance, and quality standards.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of contact-center experience (customer service, operations, coaching, performance evaluation).
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 % (including overnight).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
