Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Lead Analyst

About the role

The Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Testing Lead Analyst is responsible for assessing outcomes of activities and processes against requirements, strengthening risk management quality across Citi's Global Markets. The role involves developing and executing monitoring and testing tools to evaluate control effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Support assessment of activities and processes per policies, standards, and procedures.
• Conduct routine testing of internal activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify risks.
• Develop and execute monitoring and testing for controls, including design assessment and operational effectiveness.
• Report quality control outcomes and control effectiveness to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on QA testing tools and strategies, and assist teams in end‑to‑end control monitoring.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or related control functions in financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with senior‑level stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
