Project Manager, Planning & Business Operations (CPG / Physical Products)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Associate Project Manager to lead planning and business operations for consumer packaged goods (CPG) and physical product initiatives. You will own cross‑functional projects from concept through launch, renovation, or discontinuation, ensuring seamless execution across R&D, marketing, supply chain and more.

Key responsibilities

• Independently drive and coordinate product launch, renovation, and discontinuation projects, tracking timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Build, maintain and continuously improve project tracking systems using Monday.com, Airtable or similar tools.
• Monitor critical paths, flag risks, blockers and overdue tasks, and escalate when necessary.
• Own follow‑up with stakeholders to secure inputs, decisions and actions.
• Prepare and facilitate recurring cross‑functional meetings, documenting decisions and action items.
• Maintain accurate portfolio‑level data such as SKU lists, discontinuation trackers and label change logs.
• Identify and implement workflow improvements to reduce manual effort and increase visibility.
• Develop and test AI‑enabled solutions (e.g., Claude skills) to scale team processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing projects in a CPG or physical‑product environment.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive communicator who can keep teams aligned in a fast‑paced setting.
• Self‑starter capable of solving problems and driving initiatives independently.
