Project Coordinator – Remote (Costa Rica)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to join our Business Excellence team within the Technical Advisory organization. The role is fully remote, based in Costa Rica, and supports the operational execution of standardized project and contract activities that enable efficient consulting delivery worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and process standard consulting contracts, amendments and related documentation using approved templates.
• Set up new projects in internal systems, ensuring accurate and complete project information.
• Support financial project setup, vendor procurement and ongoing project administration.
• Maintain project records and monitor data quality for accurate financial reporting and compliance.
• Coordinate consulting opportunities through established intake and pipeline processes.
• Route contracts and documentation through defined approval workflows.
• Partner with Delivery Project Associates, Portfolio Owners, Business Development, Project Managers, Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
• Escalate non‑standard contractual or operational issues to senior team members.
• Assist in process documentation and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in project operations, contract administration or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests while meeting service‑level agreements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable following defined processes and escalating exceptions.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM and PSA platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Upland or similar professional services automation tools.
