Program Manager, Native AI Solutions

About the role

Amazon Grocery Retail Support (AGRS) is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead the research, design, and delivery of AI‑native solutions that address complex business challenges across multiple verticals. You will act as the bridge between operational teams and Amazon’s AI ecosystem, turning manual workflows into intelligent, scalable products.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct deep‑dive process discovery sessions to document current workflows and identify high‑impact automation opportunities.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies, including Amazon Bedrock and Q Business, to expand the solution toolkit.
• Architect end‑to‑end AI‑native solutions, defining technical requirements, data flows, and integration points.
• Drive the full delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment, managing timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Engage and influence cross‑functional stakeholders to secure alignment, remove blockers, and promote adoption.
• Define and track KPIs that measure efficiency gains, solution accuracy, and overall business impact.
• Lead change‑management activities to ensure successful rollout and user adoption of AI solutions.
• Contribute to AI governance frameworks, intake processes, and standardized reporting mechanisms.
