Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager will lead high‑complexity, cross‑company and international transfer programs, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to specification in a fast‑paced medical device manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee customer and manufacturing programs through the project management system, focusing on complex, cross‑company and international transfers.
• Drive successful program transition to manufacturing, monitor production output, and maintain cost targets.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to uphold gross margin and deliver cost‑effective solutions.
• Provide strategic input on proposals, contract reviews, and system enhancements.
• Support the company’s Quality System, ISO standards, and medical device regulations.

Required profile

• Associate degree or equivalent experience; 10 + years in program/project management.
• 4 + years in a business leadership role with experience in medical product lifecycle management.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a team‑oriented manufacturing setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Project, and Visio for multi‑project management.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
