About the role
The Production Supervisor I will lead shift A (Wednesday‑Sunday) on the manufacturing floor, ensuring products are made to specification, on time, and within budget while complying with EHS and QA policies.
Key responsibilities
- Organize employees, materials, equipment and other resources to meet daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and budget targets.
- Monitor production KPIs, implement preventive actions to avoid line downtime, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Ensure employee training on quality, EHS, GMP and GDoc practices and maintain certifications.
- Close production orders, control variances, and manage labor, material and machine data.
- Drive continuous‑improvement projects, CAPA and NCR actions, and promote a culture of safety and teamwork.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
- 0‑3 years of experience in a similar manufacturing supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and ability to prioritize customer requirements.
