Production Operator – Assembly Line

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking a Production Operator to join its manufacturing team. You will work on assembly cells or production lines, ensuring products are built to exact specifications while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform assembly duties in one or more cells or production lines.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning your station daily.
• Follow written methods and procedures for all products.
• Wear required attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
• Follow directions from leaders or supervisors and complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Comply with company behavior policies.

Required profile

• Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
• High attention to detail and precision.
• Good hand‑eye coordination.
• Experience working on production lines or manual assembly.

Required skills

• Use of hand tools.
• Operation of computerized control equipment.
• Basic mathematical skills for data entry and measurements.
