About the role

Cirtec Medical is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to assemble components into finished medical devices on one or more production lines. The role ensures production rates, quality standards, and documentation compliance while working under the guidance of the Production Team Leader.

Key responsibilities

• Follow company quality, safety, and CGMP policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, machines, tools, and equipment.
• Load components into product‑specific tools and assist production operators and technicians.
• Operate wafer (oblea) manufacturing equipment and manually handle fragile wafers.
• Perform basic measurements, tolerance calculations, and visual inspections with or without microscopes.
• Adjust machines to meet specifications and maximize performance.
• Conduct pre‑ and post‑welding operations, including assembly, cleaning, and welding when required.
• Set up workstations for qualified operations.
• Accurately document work in inspection reports and customer travel logs.
• Assist with packaging of finished products as needed.

Required profile

• Primary school diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience.
