About the role

The Plant Leader will oversee the assembly and packaging teams to ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards. This position coordinates daily tasks, monitors process compliance, and drives continuous improvement within the manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the tasks assigned to assembly and packaging personnel according to the production plan.
• Verify that processes are executed in line with established procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational safety requirements.
• Train staff and monitor their performance.
• Identify improvement opportunities in processes and propose solutions.
• Control efficient use of materials and tools.
• Report production incidents and collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics departments.
• Guarantee adherence to established delivery timelines.

Required profile

• Technical degree (mid‑level) in Electromechanics, Industrial Production, Precision Mechanics or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing processes.
• Proven experience leading operational or technical teams.
• Desirable courses in leadership, quality or continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of assembly processes.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or diagrams.
• Understanding of electromechanical systems.
