Production Associate II, Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Production Associate II to join its Orthopedics manufacturing team in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role supports the fabrication of orthopedic devices and contributes to the company’s mission of delivering innovative, less‑invasive medical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing and assembly tasks for orthopedic products in a regulated environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to ensure product quality and safety.
• Collaborate with supply chain and quality teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in manufacturing is a plus.
• Experience in a production or fabrication setting, preferably within medical devices or related industries.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of fabrication and assembly processes.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
