Product Designer/UX Designer

About the role

Software Mind is looking for a Product Designer/UX Designer to create end‑to‑end multi‑step workflows, personalized recommendation experiences, and monetized components that integrate with AI/LLM interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design multi‑step workflows (quizzes, questionnaires, guided finders) that are simple and engaging despite complex underlying logic.
• Create personalized recommendation experiences that build trust and help members make confident decisions.
• Develop monetized components (cards, offers, calls to action) for AI‑driven chat and content interfaces.
• Map user flows, branching logic, edge cases, and error/empty states throughout the member journey.
• Produce mockups, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma for stakeholder review.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, engineers, data/personalization teams, and business stakeholders to deliver precise specifications.
• Incorporate business logic and performance goals (conversion, completion rate, engagement) into design decisions and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• Strong product‑first mindset with solid UI and visual design skills.
• Proven experience designing multi‑step workflows or guided experiences such as onboarding flows, configurators, quizzes, or decision tools.
• Experience designing personalized or recommendation‑driven experiences.
• Interest or experience in designing for AI/LLM conversational interfaces.
• Expertise in modern, accessible design and understanding of accessibility standards.
• Background in establishing design systems for consistency across applications.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, lean startup environment.
