Product Designer / UX Designer

About the role

Software Mind is seeking a Product Designer/UX Designer to create engaging multi-step workflows, personalized recommendation experiences, and monetized components for AI/LLM-driven interfaces.

Key responsibilities

• Design end-to-end multi-step workflows (quizzes, questionnaires, guided finders) that are simple and engaging.
• Design personalized recommendation experiences that build trust and help members make confident decisions.
• Create monetized components (recommendation cards, product modules, offers, calls to action) for AI/LLM experiences.
• Map user flows, branching logic, edge cases, and error or empty states.
• Produce mockups, wireframes, and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma for stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with Product Manager, engineers, data/personalization teams, and business stakeholders to deliver precise specifications.
• Incorporate business logic and performance goals (conversion, completion rate, engagement) into design decisions and iterate based on data.

Required profile

• Strong Product Design/UX Design experience with a product‑first mindset and solid UI/visual design skills.
• Proven experience designing multi‑step workflows or guided experiences such as onboarding flows, configurators, quizzes, or decision tools.
• Experience designing personalized or recommendation‑driven experiences.
• Interest or experience in designing for AI/LLM experiences, including conversational interfaces.
• Expertise in modern, accessible design and understanding of accessibility standards.
• Comfortable working in lean, fast‑paced startup environments with rapid iteration.
