About the role
The Process Improvement Consultant III will lead and sustain process improvement initiatives across the organization, applying Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies. Working closely with stakeholders and process owners, the consultant will drive data‑based changes that enhance efficiency, quality and business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design, execute and monitor process improvement engagements, including Kaizen events.
- Provide consulting support to stakeholders, delivering training, coaching and guidance on continuous improvement practices.
- Develop process architecture, maps, metrics, business requirements and impact analyses.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to identify improvement opportunities, prioritize initiatives and manage change.
- Perform data analysis to validate problems, measure results and sustain gains.
- Prepare and present recommendations, reports and presentations to senior leadership.
Required profile
- Proven experience in leading process improvement projects, preferably in a consulting or corporate environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable and capable of working autonomously.
