Senior Operator Laundry – Cleanroom Production

About the role

The Senior Operator supports the Team Leader in a clean‑room environment, ensuring production runs safely, on schedule, and meets strict quality standards. This position works under close supervision and follows cGMP and ISO Class 7 protocols.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Team Leader with personnel coordination, safety compliance, and quality documentation.
• Maintain clean‑room standards, wear PPE, and report near‑misses and first‑aid events.
• Execute assembly tasks within work‑order timeframes while adhering to change‑control procedures.
• Support inventory accuracy by returning unused parts in sealed, traceable bags.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with 0‑2 years of clean‑room production experience.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lb and perform repetitive manual tasks.
• Flexibility, motivation, and capacity to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of clean‑room protocols, cGMP, and ISO 9001:2015 guidelines.
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles.
