People Operations Generalist

About the role

The People Operations Generalist partners with an external HR outsourcing provider to ensure seamless HR processes and a positive employee experience across the organization. Acting as the main internal liaison, you will coordinate onboarding, internal movements, and off‑boarding while supporting culture and engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, transfers, exits) with the outsourcing partner and ensure accurate system updates.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders on HR administrative matters.
• Manage vendor relationships, define requirements, monitor performance against KPIs, and drive service‑delivery improvements.
• Identify and resolve process gaps, support continuous‑improvement projects, and standardize HR workflows.
• Track, analyze, and report key HR metrics; prepare executive‑level reports.
• Facilitate employee surveys, support culture and wellbeing programs, and promote company values.
• Route employee cases to the provider or internal teams, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist recruitment coordination to meet timelines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HR operations, employee experience, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to work with external service providers and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting HR metrics.
