PDS Google Finance Sr. Coordinator

About the role

JLL is hiring a PDS Google Finance Sr. Coordinator in Belen, Heredia, Costa Rica, to support the Project and Development Services (PDS) line of business, with a focus on the Google PDS account. The role centres on high-volume vendor invoice processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments in PeopleSoft while collaborating with project managers and operational specialists. It is an on-site position with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and an indefinite-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices for payment in PeopleSoft, supporting the Google PDS account
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper coding with project numbers and supplier IDs
• Coordinate vendor setup and maintenance with the ISA Vendor Approval team
• Work with Project Managers and Operational Specialists to validate client payment receipt and invoice documentation
• Monitor payment status and provide estimated payment dates to stakeholders
• Manage the mailbox for request and query resolution
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing and maintain service delivery against agreed KPIs
• Update standard operating procedures to capture exceptions during processing
• Support internal and external audits and contribute to process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects

Required profile

• 5-7 years of accounts payable experience in a similar role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or a related field
• Full English proficiency (written and spoken); Portuguese is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong organisational and analytical skills

Required skills

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with PeopleSoft and/or real estate is a plus
