Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

About the role

Westernacher is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join its Costa Rica team. You will partner with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership to ensure successful adoption of SAP‑driven business processes and technology transformations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute OCM strategies that support business process, technology, and transformation initiatives.
• Conduct stakeholder, change impact, and readiness assessments to identify risks and mitigation plans.
• Design and deliver communication, engagement, and training plans tailored to diverse audiences.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, leadership alignment sessions, and change‑agent networks.
• Coach sponsors, managers, key users, and change champions on their roles.
• Track adoption metrics, KPIs, and success measures; provide post‑go‑live support and reinforcement.
• Integrate change management activities into overall project plans and governance structures.
• Participate in project governance meetings, steering committees, and status reviews, offering change management insights.

Required profile

• 5‑8+ years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or consulting.
• Proven experience supporting enterprise‑wide change initiatives and technology implementations.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
