Order to Cash Supervisor

About the role

The Order to Cash Supervisor will lead the Accounts Receivable team within the LATAM Shared Services Center, ensuring accurate invoicing, collection, and cash‑flow reporting. This role also supports Treasury functions, including financial forecasting and budget management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the Accounts Receivable team to ensure efficient invoicing and collection processes.
• Implement receivables‑management strategies, oversee credit control, and develop collection tactics.
• Participate in AR audits, recommend improvements, and collaborate with other SSC teams to resolve customer queries.
• Generate and review AR reports, track monthly and quarterly targets, and present metrics to senior management.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cash‑flow forecasting, ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance or related field (MS/MBA preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in Credit, Collections & Treasury, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Fluency in English (B2+); Portuguese is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and detail‑orientation with ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• SAP (preferred accounting system).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
