Operations Training Associate – Shift B (Temporary)

About the role

CooperSurgical is seeking an Operations Training Associate for Shift B on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for designing, delivering, and monitoring training programs that support the manufacturing operations of our fertility and women’s healthcare devices.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute training plans aligned with operation learning curves.
• Develop tools such as checklists, learning curves, and MSA methodologies.
• Track trainee performance until certification and conduct practical assessments.
• Assist with safety condition reporting, training metrics, and Kaizen events.
• Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and share innovative ideas.
• Coach other trainers, support hiring, onboarding, and dexterity testing.
• Collaborate on change documentation and production flexibility processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• High commitment to internal and external customers.
• Patience, emotional intelligence, and strong attention to detail.
• Effective adult‑training skills and ability to adapt to different learning styles.
• Basic computer literacy; Train‑the‑Trainer certification is a plus.
• Education: at least 9th‑grade secondary education or a bachelor’s degree.
