About the role
CooperSurgical Inc., a leading women’s health company, is seeking a Production Operator to join its Costa Rica facility. The role focuses on assembling medical devices used in fertility and gynecological procedures, ensuring high quality and compliance with clean‑room standards.
Key responsibilities
- Perform assembly tasks in one or more production cells or lines.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, cleaning the workstation daily.
- Follow written methods and procedures for all products.
- Wear appropriate attire, including uniforms or clean‑room garments.
- Follow directions from leaders or supervisors.
- Carry out additional duties or assignments as required by management.
- Comply with company behavior policies.
Required profile
- Ability to fill out forms and perform basic math operations.
- High attention to detail and precision.
- Good hand‑eye coordination.
- Experience working on production lines.
Required skills
- Manual assembly experience.
- Knowledge of assembly procedures.
- Proficiency with hand tools.
- Experience operating computerized control equipment.
