About the role

Kimberly‑Clark is looking for a Packaging Operator to run a high‑speed packaging machine that produces essential consumer products. You will work on a production line that serves a large portion of the global market, ensuring that each product meets the company’s quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the sector’s Process Control strategy to maintain quality and productivity.
• Identify, report and eliminate safety risks in line with health‑and‑safety programs.
• Continuously monitor product quality on the line and take corrective actions when needed.
• Hand over the machine correctly at shift end to guarantee process continuity.
• Control material waste according to defined standards and adjust or inform leadership as required.
• Follow packaging procedures, label printing and product stacking as defined by operational instructions.
• Perform product changeovers, count tasks and support routine machine maintenance.

Required profile

• At least six months of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
• Technical education in maintenance, quality or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with automated packaging equipment is a plus.
