On-Page SEO Specialist

About the role

The On-Page SEO Specialist will lead the definition, implementation, and optimisation of on‑page search strategies for the USR brand. You will work closely with content, development and marketing teams to ensure website content, structure and internal linking drive maximum organic visibility and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive on‑page SEO strategy across all brands.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy and technical alignment of metadata, headers, content structure and internal linking.
• Conduct keyword research to identify high‑value traffic opportunities.
• Integrate on‑page optimisation into new content, landing pages and campaign initiatives.
• Partner with developers to implement schema, site‑structure and indexation improvements.
• Maintain documentation of SEO processes, recommendations and standards.
• Monitor, audit and report on on‑page SEO performance using analytics tools.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, SEO trends and best practices.
• Analyse competitor strategies to uncover gaps and new optimisation tactics.
• Provide strategic SEO insights for product launches, content initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• 3+ years of proven on‑page SEO experience with measurable organic growth.
• Advanced proficiency with WordPress and leading SEO tools (Yoast, SurferSEO, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Google Analytics).
• Strong understanding of keyword research methodologies, content optimisation frameworks and search‑engine algorithms.
• Ability to analyse complex data sets and translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Solid grasp of UX principles and how user intent influences on‑page strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple SEO tasks.
