Portfolio Marketer, Senior Manager

About the role

Deloitte’s Marketing, Brand & Communications team is looking for a senior leader to shape and execute portfolio‑wide marketing strategies in Costa Rica. You will drive core messaging, market analysis and channel planning while collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategy, including core messaging, positioning and ROI frameworks.
• Lead market analysis, competitive trends and white‑space opportunities to inform business stakeholders.
• Set and align KPIs, manage channel strategy and drive growth for the sector.
• Build external marketplace relationships, negotiate terms and measure impact.
• Collaborate with Public Relations to craft media strategies and ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.

Required profile

• 12+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a global professional‑services environment.
• Proven leadership with executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, prioritizing resources and coaching junior team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field; fluency in English and Spanish.
• Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica without sponsorship.
