NPI Engineer I – New Product Introduction (Visa Sponsorship)

About the role

The NPI Engineer I will join Cirtec Medical’s cross‑functional engineering team to support the design, development, documentation, and validation of new and transferred medical device products. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on exposure to product and process development, validation strategies, and manufacturing workflows while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project meetings to discuss product transfers and development initiatives.
• Assist with customer communication and maintain project plans, milestones, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Track and report project status, issues, actions, and timeline adjustments.
• Troubleshoot production processes and provide technical support.
• Evaluate and recommend test methods aligned with product design requirements.
• Support feasibility builds, documentation, testing, and equipment evaluation.
• Conduct operator training, PFMEA, and process validation activities.

Required profile

• Entry‑level engineering graduate with a growth mindset.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with cross‑functional teams, customers, and suppliers.
