About the role

Amazon Veeqo is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a high‑performing team of seven Mid‑Market Account Representatives. You will drive performance, develop talent, and execute strategic initiatives that support Veeqo’s growth as a leading shipping and inventory management solution for eCommerce sellers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 7 Account Representatives focused on mid‑market eCommerce opportunities.
  • Create and execute individual development plans aligned with career progression frameworks.
  • Own team targets and key performance metrics, analysing pipeline health and conversion metrics.
  • Develop territory strategies to optimise account coverage and maximise return potential.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations and Customer Success to remove blockers and enable success.
  • Establish and refine sales processes, playbooks and best practices for mid‑market engagement.
  • Leverage Salesforce and sales analytics for data‑informed decision making.
  • Manage escalations, support strategic deals and drive adoption of new tools and methodologies.

Required profile

  • Proven experience leading a sales team of similar size in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to set clear expectations, monitor performance and provide actionable feedback.
  • Track record of developing future leaders and fostering a high‑performance culture.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as Marketing, Product and Customer Success.
