MarTech Solutions Architect

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a full‑time MarTech Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of customer data platforms, CRM and marketing automation solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. The role is hybrid/remote and ideal for candidates based in Canada or Spain who can work hours overlapping Eastern or Pacific Time.

Key responsibilities

• Guide end‑to‑end implementations of CRM, CDP and marketing automation systems, including documentation, planning and code requirements.
• Identify technology‑driven solutions to business challenges and design complete MarTech stacks from scratch.
• Provide detailed specifications to internal technical teams and collaborate with project managers and engineers.
• Lead implementation projects, maintaining clear communication with clients on deliverables.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert in sales presentations and client meetings, sharing best practices.
• Support marketing analytics and reporting as needed.
• Understand user journeys, multi‑channel messaging, and map user states and events.

Required profile

• Committed to a full‑time career in MarTech, AdTech, or product development.
• Based in Canada (working in ET or PT) or Spain (working in ET or PT).
• Strong ability to consult with clients and influence technical outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal coordination.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Experience with marketing automation tools.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of user journey mapping and omnichannel messaging.
