About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. You will develop and execute digital and social media campaigns that strengthen our brand, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch marketing campaigns across digital and social platforms.
• Create engaging content for social media, websites, email newsletters and promotional materials.
• Manage and optimise company social media accounts to boost brand awareness and engagement.
• Plan, execute and monitor email marketing campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• Assist in producing marketing collateral, presentations and promotional content.
• Maintain website content and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
• Generate and nurture leads through various digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media, content marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and project‑management abilities.
• Ability to analyse performance data and recommend improvements.
