Marketing Analyst – Demand Generation

About the role

Eaton is seeking a Marketing Analyst focused on demand generation to drive market awareness, lead generation, and pipeline acceleration across Central America and the Caribbean. You will partner with sales, distributors, and channel teams to align campaigns with regional commercial priorities and customer buying behaviors.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute regional demand‑generation campaigns across digital, channel, and field marketing.
• Collaborate with sales and channel partners to ensure campaigns support growth objectives.
• Develop customer segmentation, targeting, and lead‑nurturing strategies throughout the buying journey.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and pipeline contribution.
• Support regional go‑to‑market launches, promotions, and distributor programs.
• Work with product management and engineering to translate technical value propositions into compelling messaging.
• Maintain Eaton brand presence at distributor and hardware‑store levels according to corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (completed).
• Experience in demand generation, B2B/B2C marketing, channel marketing, or business development.
• Familiarity with electrical distributor and partner‑led go‑to‑market models in emerging markets.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher).
• Regional experience in Central America and/or the Caribbean is highly desirable.
