Manufacturing Engineer, Orthopedics

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support its Orthopaedics business in Grecia, Costa Rica. The role will focus on engineering activities that enable the production of orthopaedic medical devices, contributing to the company’s MedTech innovation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Execute engineering duties related to manufacturing processes for orthopaedic products.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain and manufacturing teams to drive process improvements and ensure product quality.
• Support the transition of the Orthopaedics business to the upcoming standalone DePuy Synthes entity.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects that enhance efficiency, compliance, and cost‑effectiveness.
