Manager, Sr Development Facilitator (.Net Full-Stack)

About the role

The Manager, Sr Development Facilitator will join Deloitte Technology Academy’s Faculty & Delivery team in Costa Rica. You will design and deliver .Net Full‑Stack and Google Cloud Platform training programs, enabling professionals to acquire cutting‑edge digital skills.

Key responsibilities

• Develop curriculum content and hands‑on labs for .Net Full‑Stack and GCP topics.
• Facilitate live training sessions, mentoring, and practical workshops.
• Collaborate with global subject‑matter experts, content developers, and operations teams.
• Ensure training outcomes are measurable and aligned with business needs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date technical material reflecting industry best practices.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in advanced C# concepts and enterprise‑grade application development.
• Deep knowledge of ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, and modern authentication/authorization mechanisms.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript ES6+, React/Angular/Vue).
• Solid experience with relational databases, SQL query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Practical experience with Google Cloud Platform services (preferred).
