Manager - Oracle Fusion SRE

About the role

The Manager – Oracle Fusion SRE will provide service management and application support for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform within LSEG's Finance business. The role focuses on ensuring critical processes run smoothly, meeting SLAs and supporting the strategic Beacon programme.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Oracle Fusion, handling incidents, problems and change management via ServiceNow.
• Maintain data collation and reporting processes to ensure timely availability for decision‑making.
• Monitor performance of technical processes, identify improvement opportunities and implement upgrades.
• Collaborate with Finance, Engineering and external vendors to lead system integrations and data collaborations.
• Train end‑users on support model procedures and contribute to continual service improvement.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience implementing Oracle Financials and supporting Oracle Fusion.
• Strong background in IT service management within large financial services organisations, with ITIL knowledge.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end application lifecycle management, incident/problem resolution and SLA monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
