Senior Specialist Analytics Developer

About the role

JLL is looking for a Senior Specialist Analytics Developer to lead technical delivery of complex analytics solutions within its Analytics Centre of Excellence. The role combines deep technical expertise with mentorship, ensuring high‑quality, governed analytics that drive data‑informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Define solution architecture, data models and development standards for analytics initiatives.
• Build sophisticated analytics solutions using Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python and Databricks.
• Oversee quality assurance, conduct code reviews and validate data visualisations before production release.
• Provide technical assessments for new project intake, estimating effort and feasibility.
• Mentor and develop Analytics Developers through coaching and structured feedback.
• Manage publishing and documentation of solutions to the Azara production environment.
• Identify and pilot AI and automation opportunities to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with account teams, platform solutions and global stakeholders to translate requirements into business value.

Required profile

• 5+ years of analytics delivery experience, including at least 1 year in a senior or specialist role.
• Expert‑level proficiency in Tableau and/or Power BI delivering governed solutions.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, Python and Databricks for data transformation and advanced analytics.
• Proven experience delivering in agile environments with sprint management and DevOps tooling.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex analytics to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining quality standards.
