Logistics Associate

About the role

The Logistics Associate supports the efficient movement, storage and distribution of materials within the company. Working in a warehouse environment, you will handle receiving, shipping and inventory tasks while following established procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, move, load and unload materials manually or using material‑handling equipment.
• Open, seal and prepare crates, boxes, cartons and other containers for shipment.
• Collect, sort, store and distribute materials according to requisitions.
• Process orders, dispense stock items and assist with inventory rotation.
• Manage shipping, receiving and freight processing in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update the purchase‑order system as shipments are received, cancelled or back‑ordered.
• Prepare inventory paperwork and report inventory issues to management.
• Participate in kit and bundle breakdown and component sorting activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year of general work experience; 1 year of functional logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to follow routine procedures under close supervision.
• Good communication skills for basic information exchange.

Required skills

• Operation of material‑handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Use of purchase‑order and inventory tracking systems.
