Logistics Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Logistics Associate to join our team. In this entry‑level position you will support the efficient movement, storage and distribution of materials across our facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, move, load and unload materials manually or using various material‑handling equipment.
• Open, seal and prepare crates, boxes, cartons and other containers for shipment.
• Collect, sort, store and distribute inventory items according to requisitions.
• Process orders, dispense stock items and assist with inventory rotation.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain and update the purchase‑order system as shipments are received, cancelled or back‑ordered.
• Prepare inventory paperwork and keep management informed of any inventory issues.
• Participate in kit and bundle breakdowns and component sorting as needed.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0‑1 year of general experience; 1 year of functional logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to follow routine procedures and work under close supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn company policies.
