Logistics Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics Associate to support the efficient handling, movement, and distribution of materials within our warehouse. The role involves routine tasks performed under close supervision, ensuring that shipments are processed accurately and inventory is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Handle, move, load and unload materials manually or using material‑handling equipment.
• Open, seal, and prepare crates, boxes, cartons and other containers.
• Collect, sort, store and distribute materials according to requisitions.
• Process orders, dispense stock items and assist with inventory rotation.
• Manage shipping, receiving and freight processing in line with company policies.
• Maintain and update the purchase‑order system for received, cancelled or back‑ordered shipments.
• Prepare inventory paperwork and provide regular updates to management on inventory issues.
• Participate in kit and bundle breakdown and component sorting activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0–1 year general experience; 1 year of functional logistics experience preferred.
• Ability to follow standard procedures and work under close direction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate routine information clearly.
