Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (Remote LATAM)

About the role

The client is a New York‑based plaintiff‑side personal injury law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle high‑volume personal injury matters from case evaluation through trial preparation. The position is full‑time, requires advanced English (Spanish is a plus), and supports a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze case files, evaluate liability, damages, insurance coverage, and venue considerations.
• Develop litigation strategies and decide between litigation or pre‑litigation resolution.
• Draft, review, and refine complaints, summonses, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation documents using firm templates and AI‑generated drafts.
• Manage discovery processes, identify evidentiary gaps, and ensure timely progression of matters.
• Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation, exhibit organization, and trial‑ready documentation.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney with 1‑5 years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury.
• Strong drafting ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload independently.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.
