Remote Paralegal – Support General Counsel

About the role

PROVE Partners is seeking a remote Paralegal to join its legal team and provide direct support to the General Counsel. This newly created position focuses on licensing and contract work managed daily by the General Counsel, requiring a blend of legal expertise and project‑management discipline.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the General Counsel with licensing, contract drafting, and review.
• Own timelines, track multiple workstreams, and ensure timely completion of tasks without close supervision.
• Provide executive‑assistant style support, handling document accuracy, deadlines, and correspondence.
• Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed, cross‑border team while overlapping U.S. business hours.

Required profile

• Law degree highly preferred or equivalent hands‑on paralegal experience.
• Demonstrated project‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience supporting senior leaders in an administrative capacity is a strong plus.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to dates, deadlines, and document accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and asynchronously.
• Based in Latin America and able to overlap with U.S. business hours.
