About the role

The Production Leader will oversee the manufacturing line for medical devices, guiding associate staff and handling administrative tasks to meet production goals. The role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations and internal procedures while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the production line, providing direction, communication, and quality focus to associates.
• Capture production batches electronically and monitor results in real time.
• Perform shift, area, and supervisor changeovers as required.
• Support manufacturing requirements, including productivity, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with support teams and supervisors to resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in medical device or MedTech.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Orientation toward quality, productivity, and regulatory adherence.
• Flexibility to work different shifts and adapt to changing production needs.
