Legal Reviewer – Remote (up to $55/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Legal Reviewer to work remotely on land control documentation for energy, real‑estate, and infrastructure projects. You will play a key part in due‑diligence processes, ensuring that all legal instruments meet project and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate deeds, ground leases, rights of way, and easement agreements for term, exclusivity, and conveyance language.
• Identify deficiencies, gaps, and execution issues across site‑control document packages.
• Organize findings into clear, standardized formats for senior legal review.
• Process and annotate land and real‑estate documents to support due‑diligence workflows.
• Flag non‑compliant or incomplete filings based on project and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with senior reviewers to escalate and resolve complex document issues.

Required profile

• Strong experience as a paralegal or legal document reviewer, preferably in energy, real‑estate, or infrastructure.
• Hands‑on experience reviewing land control instruments such as deeds, ground leases, easements, and rights of way.
• Ability to assess term, exclusivity, and conveyance language in legal documents.
• High attention to detail and skill in organizing findings in structured, standardized formats.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, document‑heavy environment.
