Legal Reviewer – Remote Contract (up to $28/hr)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Legal Reviewer to work remotely on a contract basis. You will support our business by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance and managing risk. This role offers flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough contract review, drafting, and negotiation to optimize outcomes.
• Perform in‑depth legal research and case analysis to deliver actionable recommendations.
• Support litigation and dispute resolution by preparing documentation and assisting counsel.
• Assess regulatory compliance and assist with due diligence for corporate matters, mergers, and acquisitions.
• Design system prompts and rubrics for legal applications, ensuring task accuracy in multi‑turn conversations.
• Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professional ethics.
