Lead Financial Analyst – Finance Business Partner

About the role

Deloitte’s Finance Business Partners team is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to support Audit & Assurance operations. In this role you will act as a strategic advisor, translating business strategy into actionable financial plans and providing insight‑driven analysis to senior leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing plans, forecasts, budgets, projections and related analytics.
• Coordinate and administer critical tasks across Enterprise Solutions Finance & Administration operations.
• Analyze financial data, generate insights and recommend actions on projects such as acquisitions and investments.
• Evaluate investment performance to identify key business drivers.
• Collect and analyze data using advanced techniques to uncover trends and relationships.
• Assess management reporting processes and propose improvements.
• Contribute to FP&A and broader Finance & Administration change programs aimed at efficiency.
• Support project planning, track milestones, and flag delays.
• Develop presentations tailored to audience needs and logical structure.
• Create materials for leaders and stakeholders to facilitate decision‑making.
• Collaborate with team members on strategic initiatives and professional development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Proven achievements in financial reporting, analysis, data visualization and problem solving.
