Senior Manager, Finance Transformation (Cloud & Marketplaces)

About the role

Elastic is looking for a senior finance transformation leader to design, scale and automate financial systems that support its hyperscaler marketplace business. The role bridges corporate finance, sales operations and product engineering to optimise quote‑to‑cash and revenue recognition across AWS, GCP and Azure marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with IT and product teams to design scalable workflows that connect hyperscaler portals with core finance systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce and Zuora.
• Automate complex marketplace transactions, including private offers and custom metering, and build data pipelines for reliable ingestion of billing data.
• Define and maintain financial process standards for deferred revenue, ASC 606 compliance and marketplace fee tracking.
• Develop transaction‑level reconciliation models for hyperscaler disbursements and internal contracts.
• Lead cross‑functional change management, UAT and SOP creation for new marketplace capabilities.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of progressive experience in accounting operations, financial systems or tech‑sector consulting.
• 5+ years managing financial operations, billing infrastructure or reconciliation for apps sold through AWS, GCP or Azure marketplaces.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale software integrations or quote‑to‑cash transformation in a B2B SaaS environment.

Required skills

• Deep familiarity with cloud partner portals (AWS, GCP, Azure) and marketplace middleware such as Tackle.io.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP and revenue systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora RevPro).
• Strong data fluency – proficient in SQL and Business Intelligence tools for processing unstructured billing data.
