LabWare Support Analyst

About the role

Accenture is looking for a LabWare Support Analyst to provide technical support for LabWare and other LIMS applications. The role involves incident management, data troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance in regulated life‑science environments.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application, data, and integration issues for LabWare and other LIMS platforms.
• Receive, triage, prioritize, document and manage support cases according to service‑level expectations.
• Use SQL queries and data analysis to validate system behavior and support root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with development, validation and business teams on defect analysis, deployments and change‑management activities.
• Perform routine system maintenance, configuration reviews and application updates to maintain stability, performance, security and compliance.
• Support laboratory users by understanding workflows and ensuring data integrity, traceability and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics or a related field.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and experience with enterprise application support processes.
• Knowledge of laboratory or life‑science environments and how LIMS support operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a support‑driven team.

Required skills

• SQL for database queries and data troubleshooting.
• Experience with LabWare or similar LIMS platforms.
• Basic programming or scripting knowledge for automation and system enhancements.
