About the role

We are seeking a Junior Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. The role focuses on processing large volumes of information with high accuracy to support business operations across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Process high volumes of data entries while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure information integrity.
• Transfer information between different systems and databases efficiently.
• Generate reports and extract data as requested by team members.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve data inconsistencies and improve processes.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in data entry or similar roles.
• High accuracy rate and excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data management systems and office software.
• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and commitment to quality.
• Advanced level of English.
