About the role
The Junior Data Analyst is a highly analytical, detail‑oriented professional who triages and resolves data issues escalated by Customer Service. Working within the Data Office, the role ensures the integrity of internal and customer data across systems and platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, triage, and resolve data quality and integration tickets within defined SLAs.
- Analyze data lineage to pinpoint the source of discrepancies or interface failures.
- Map CRUD processes to understand data flows and identify gaps.
- Maintain high‑quality documentation for processes, data policies, and runbooks.
- Collaborate with the Data Operations Manager and the broader Data Office on business enablement initiatives.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in a support‑related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
Required skills
- Experience with Jira Cloud for ticket management.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce (SFDC), Reltio, SAP, or ServiceNow.
- Advanced English proficiency.
