Customer Solution Center Consultant 3 - Technical

About the role

This position is responsible for resolving moderate technical issues involving hardware and software for internal and external businesses as well as end users. The consultant will act as a trusted advisor, coordinate innovative solutions, and support initiatives that drive business growth through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve moderate technical problems related to hardware and software, using proactive notification systems.
• Engage with stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and architect innovative solutions.
• Support businesses and end users to prevent or minimize issue occurrences and address complex challenges.
• Document case resolutions in the Knowledge Management System and collaborate with external partners for advanced system adoption.
• Represent the organization in customer visits, industry conferences, trade shows, and vendor meetings.
• Lead moderate to high‑complexity projects, produce professional reports, and contribute to operational and strategic plans.

Required profile

• Four‑year or graduate degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in remote or telephone support, technology environments, or related fields (or 3–5 years with an advanced degree).
• Preferred ITIL certification.
